About Mrs. Messner

​

                                          I grew up in a town 30 minutes south of Boston,                                               Massachusetts.  After graduating from Stonehill                                                 College, and teaching for four years, my husband,                                             Mark, and I moved to Kansas City to be closer to                                             his family. Mark is a teacher as well, and we have                                             a daughter, Riley, who just turned one! We are both                                           into long-distance running and enjoy being really                                             active. Mark recently completed his second year of                                           triathlon racing.  Riley and I had a lot of fun                                                   watching him compete this summer!
